Marvin A. Cooper, Esq. (In Memoriam)

Marvin gained the respect of both the plaintiff and defense bars throughout the State of New York and assisted in drafting the No Fault legislation in the 1970’s – which remains in place throughout the State in 2017 – to protect the legal rights of all automobile accident victims. Marvin also served on numerous legal-medical panels with members of the medical and legal profession to foster cooperation and understanding between the professions. His brilliance as a trial attorney is known throughout the State of New York.

The success of Marvin A. Cooper, P.C. allowed the practice to grow and to assist injured persons throughout Westchester County and the Bronx County. That continued success lead to the firm taking on cases in Rockland, Kings, New York, Putnam, and Nassau Counties. In 1991, Marvin expanded the law firm by adding his son, William, to the practice. For the next fifteen (15) years, Marvin and William had the great privilege and joy of practicing personal injury law together until Marvin’s passing in 2005.

Marvin’s legacy of professionalism, intelligence, and success continues at Marvin A. Cooper, P.C. and serves as the fabric for the hard work and dedication that the law firm shows to its clients throughout Westchester, the Bronx, Kings and all the counties serviced by the firm in New York.
